In exchange for zero upfront engineering costs, Kinstek retains a significant equity stake in the company, positioned just below the lead founder.
Immutable Stake
This equity is granted for the initial architecture and MVP deployment. It is retained by Kinstek regardless of our future status as active developers on the project.
